The President of the Military Historical Society of Massachusetts requests the pleasure of your company at our member meeting and luncheon
The American Heritage Museum, in Hudson, Massachusetts, is New England’s newest and most unique history museum. Located at the Collings Foundation’s headquarters, and featuring the Jacques M. Littlefield Collection, the Museum houses one of the largest private collections of tanks and armor in the world within the new 65,000 + square foot museum.
The American Heritage Museum explores America’s conflicts from the Revolutionary War through today through the eyes of those who served. Visitors are immersed within the exhibits through the rare tanks and large artifacts, dioramas, video presentations, and engaging docents that help explain the role
of the citizen soldier, the role of technology, and American spirit that raises to the cause “When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary…”
The program for the 2019 MHSM Annual Meeting:
1130 – Member Social: Cash bar, and jovial conversation.
1200 – Member Meeting Begins (Salad Served)
1230 – Lunch will be served.
1315 – Docent guided tour of Museum. The planned tour will last several hours. Members and their guests may attend as much of the tour as they choose.*
*Museum closes at 1700 hours
The luncheon will consist of:
A choice of entrée:
– Ricotta, Parmesan and Herb Stuffed Chicken Breast with Lite Chicken Sauce
– Baked Fresh Haddock with Brioche Bread Crumb Topping and Lemon Buerre Blanc Sauce
Reservation Policy: RSVP required: Please respond by Wednesday, October 16. Reservation are $35.00 per person.
Parking: Free parking is available in the primary lot for up to 30 cars. Buses can be accommodated in overflow parking.
